Spring and butterflies naturally go together, so I made a butterfly ball , much like the flower balls, and moss covered ones. First I started with the standard Styrofoam ball, mine was 5 inches. Then I cut out butterflies on card stock and sheer fabric butterfly's. Next I took corsage pins and started pining them all over the ball until it was covered. I left about a 2 1/2 inch circle so I could put it on a candleholder. And it's done! Easy....
