Harlequin & Stripe Valentines Table

It is that time of year where we take time to spread the love. Yes , Valentines Day! I know we can show our love ones  any day of the year that we care ,but this one day of the year is an excuse to go over the top with letting them know just how special they are . After all we get so busy with all the stuff in our lives that we sometimes don't say " Hey, I love and appreciate you". So this is a perfect day to do so. A special table and  dinner is one day to do that. Mine starts with a solid black and  Harlequin design table cloth, that I folded in half across the center of table, then a heart table runner over the top of that. Silver sparkly chargers ,solid black plates,  black and white striped plates, along with cute little red heart dishes are the accents to the centerpiece. Red &  white shear organza overlays on top of solid black napkins, along with silver napkin rings. Red goblets and black champagne flutes are the glass ware. Red silverware complete the look. The centerpiece inspiration came from the two jesters I found at a trip to Canton . The black and white harlequin vase has black roses , white hydrangeas, a large glittered heart centered in middle. Small glittered hearts and puffs of black fur and sliver beaded picks. One jesters sits in center of the large heart and the other stands holding a heart specter . I scattered glittered hearts along the sides to add some more fluff.

So now all that is left  to plan a special dinner for Hubbs & I . Next I will share my mantle.

Until then:
