LOL>>>Forgot to Show You The Bathroom

I spread a little pink and gold goodness to my French bathroom.... a little heart , a pink paris book, a little cute plate.. some pretty candle holders, and pink bath salts and pink flowers and towel....and ta-da-- a cutesy pink Valentineish bath....lol...

I feel all pink and red....LOL

My hubby & I eat dinner at a smal round table for two, and of course I just had to add some Love there too, I just love the red bottle in my crystal ice bucket , with pink ice. Two candle sticks for some lighted fun, and Valentine dishes I had for years, and my newest addition hair painted glasses, ( 50 cent paint ) glasses, I had.

I carried the theme to the breakfast bar aera, heart shaped plates, jars with red and pink table scatter (2.00) at Micheals. A cupcake teapot, matching plate and cute little cupcake to match. Two Be Mine stands from Target 1.00 bin from years gone by..Now I had to spread the theme outside to my front door and porch , so A wreath I made, and garland around the door ( 5.00 at Big L) , the pot has stacked hearts, roses, tulle and curling ribbon...and now Our House is ready to share the love.........Happy Valentine's Day.....to all...

Spreading More Love Around......the House

After finishing the mantle for the mantle party, I decided to go ahead and spread some more love around...
after all it's the month of Valentine's Day and heart health and Love...wheather you are in love..or have love for your children, parents, the love of your job, hobby or just life itself...why not celebrate it. I decided to drag out the red pillows and the pink "love" covers are from Micheals $1.00 spot. And a throw I made some years ago. The little display coffee table has some simmer fabric, red glitter hearts and some baubles for a whismical look.  The table in the entry (I got on craigslist 65.00 deal, needs to be redone... have that on my  to do list when weather is warmer for paint to dry) I have a done a love theme..picture of my wedding day, a Valentine tree, some candy in a dish, and a gold fancy mantle peice in back plus another gold frame with love and fabic. The lamp I added the red fringey stuff to add some zing. My formal table is a hot pink bowl with some beautiful flowers and 2 pink heart oramnents , plus two vases with one beautiful flower in it. The other table is two wedding bears and a heart and little book. That will do for now,,,,next will my table for two and bathroom touches .....ahhh the season of love ( said in my best french accent).....

Valentines Mantle Decor......

Happy Valentine's Day......I finally got my mantle done so I can link up to Beth's Mantle Party over at http://www.thestoriesofa2z.com/ so after making the wreaths that I saw at http://lastingmemories.typepad.com/., and hung them up next to my wedding picture ( very romantic, was married in a castle). I got my jars out filled them with rose scented popuri,on each end of the mantle, added 2 sachets that have roses and ribbons tie to them. My favorite Frog Prince and his Kitten, a Be Mine sign,some white net for added zing, some ribbon curls. The garland I made from glittered chipboard and wooden hearts, added bows on each end and done.I think it speaks romance, and love , which is very Valentine-ish!!
Below I had a mini park beach, that usually holds Pierre' ,( my little boy doll that sucks his thumb). I put a large glittered heart , in front of that heart, a wrought iron heart with beads, various heart pillows and 2 wodden hearts and two more glittered hearts hung fron pink ribbons. That completes my mantle area, so what do you think???

 I just love it....so there.....OH BUT WAIT ....there's more ...just have not finished it all, but here's a peak at my .....giggle...giggle..tea pot......Stay Tuned for more.............
